Vidyut Jamwal, who has always been synonymous with action thriller films (Commando, Force etc...), will now be seen in yet another film of the same genre. The film in question is director Rohan Sippy's action thriller Junglee, which is being produced by Junglee Pictures. Giving Vidyut Jamwal 'elephantine' company in Junglee will be a family of elephants. Junglee, which is all set to roll early next year, is a film that will mirror a unique friendship between man and an animal.

Speaking about the film, Rohan Sippy said that the idea of Junglee came to him after seeing the late Rajesh Khanna's hit film Haathi Mere Saathi. Even though Rohan Sippy is planning to shoot the film with an actual elephant, technology will definitely play an all-important role in the film.
Meanwhile, Junglee Pictures' Priti Shahani said that Rohan Sippy had come to them with the concept early this year. She added that Junglee was a story that had a strong emotional chord and was relevant in today's situations. She also added that Junglee was a story that would connect across all age groups.
